I use a 40x12x48 Liteon Rewriter. The only cd's I've been able to get at that speed though is Lasers. (not that I've looked around much). Usually I use Mitsuis though which is only a difference from the 2 minutes a laser takes to complete to around 3-4 minutes for a mitsui.
Oh yeah and these are 700mb cd's I am talking about. Haven't bought a 650mb for as long as I can remember.
