I have never even heard of programming in Delphi.....but it's a good program, so the system obviously has its merits. It works fine, Guiseppe, but there's one thing I would definitely change: Every time I move or rename a portrait, in my looooong list of portraits, my little slider bar automatically gets kicked right back up to the top, and it's kinda tough to remember where the heck I was. Would correcting this be difficult to implement?
Apart from that, the only possible improvement I could suggest would be to include a simple bitmap editor, whose principal feature would be a tool that allows you to change one color to another. PAINT already does this, but only on a very small scale: You can only change one specific pigment value to another value, and that gets really tedious. What I'm talking about is a program that changes ALL variations of one color to another color, so I can say, "Hey, I don't like his purple cloak. I think I'll make it green." I have a program that does this, but it's huge--something smaller, and built for bitmaps, would be just the thing. I realize that this would take a MASSIVE additional amount of code, but it's the only improvement I could think of. Good work!
