Build what they may, Im for the original tower's "footprints" remaining free of building. A park/memorial in the footprints, an open free space for mourning and reflecting, with symbols for the individuals of the world who died there. I dont like the idea of some tall building(s) as a memoerial, no matter how well archtitected.
