You might try sleeping less. 8 hours is healthy. I know I wake up feeling like crap whenever I get nine or more.
Hold your hand out flat and look at the color of your fingernails; if they are pale you need iron, if they are a healthy pink, leave the iron alone, too much just constipates you.
