Really, the spoilers tags should be at the start, but never mind.
The knights can be taken into the Order of the Most Radiant Heart. Talk to the Prelate in the HQ, he'll accept them.
Or, you can send them home. Go to Ribald and and ask him and he'll say a friend of his can send them home for 9000gp. He'll send a wizard to the sphere to do it. Eventually, they come back for a bit to thank you, they give you Exp and the Golden Girdle.
Or, kill them like Teos suggested. You get a bit of Exp and a lot of guilt!
