Why can't they just make it, Dual from anything, to anything?

With the stat requirements and a few exceptions.

I think classes that can dual from anything to something else in the list (With all kits included):
FIGHTER
RANGER
PALADIN
CLERIC
MAGE
MONK
BARBARIAN
BARD
THIEF

But not sorceror, because their powers come naturally, so they are not concious.......

Just my opinion though......
