You can do a search for almost anything and come up with 10 pages of results. Websites to make bombs are not uncommon, unfortunately. Even more unfortunatelty, the legality of them depends on where you were when you out them online; and the only places with laws against putting them up are about 5 US States... so basically, yeah. There are sites that tell you how to make your own nukes. And they`re LEGAL.
