Definetly the music from
Suikoden 2! When playing the game you realize that they must have spent just as much time in composing the (excellent and very beautiful) music as making the game. Also, the
Zelda games have terrific music, who can forget the worldfamous
Zelda theme?

Final Fantasy games also have great music, well at least the last one.
