Well I can understand about not wanting to deploy  Do you have kids? As for the hours..you ever heard of a schedule called 2,2,2 & 80? Which was only marginally better than 2,2,2,72 [img]smile.gif[/img] thats 2 days, two mids and two eves with only 6 hours between the double backs from day to mid and mid to eve. the 80 and 72 were how many hours you had off.
