Try waiting a few minutes after you put each CD in, so you can be sure it has stopped spinning, and is recognised by the computer as the right CD.
Wait up to 3-4 minutes if you need to.

If this doesn`t work, copy all the files from the CDs to Hard Drive (copy straight from all the CDs into the same folder- ie, don`t make a new folder for CD2 etc.), and run setup from there. After it`s installed, you can remove those copied files.
However, assuming a full install (which is recomended if your CDs don`t work), you will need just over 4 Gig free on your Hard Drive. On the same partition.
