And nothing wrong with meat in its natural form, - but what the farming and meat industry do to meat these days, well, if I was a meat eater, I'd want to be informed. Or maybe not. Ignorance can be bliss, they say..

As I just pointed out, I love to eat meat, but only organic stuff.
Interestingly, the worlds strongest animals are herbivores: Elephants, mountain gorillas, etc. Carnivores rest over 80% of the time (lions & all the big cats, wolves and other wild canines) mainly because digesting meat saps energy and strength.
On a personal note: After 2 years of paralysis, the main thing that brought my body back to health was a complete vegetarian diet, and following the tenets of natural hygiene.
Today, when I go on a vegetarian diet, I feel much better. I eat meat for the taste. Ironically, I am too ill to stick to a vegetarian diet, since my diabetes will mess me up if I don't ingest protein. As soon as I'm back to normal, it's back to veggies for me.
Pound for Pound a Tigre is more powerful than pretty much any animal, they rest because their meals take energy to digest...however that food is also more energy dense than plants.
Hephalumps and woozels have to move constantly to eat enough bulk to keep themselves fed.
