And nothing wrong with meat in its natural form, - but what the farming and meat industry do to meat these days, well, if I was a meat eater, I'd want to be informed. Or maybe not. Ignorance can be bliss, they say..

Interestingly, the worlds strongest animals are herbivores: Elephants, mountain gorillas, etc. Carnivores rest over 80% of the time (lions & all the big cats, wolves and other wild canines) mainly because digesting meat saps energy and strength.
On a personal note: After 2 years of paralysis, the main thing that brought my body back to health was a complete
vegetarian diet, and following the tenets of natural hygiene.
Today, when I go on a vegetarian diet, I feel much better. I eat meat for the taste. Ironically, I am too ill to stick to a vegetarian diet, since my diabetes will mess me up if I don't ingest protein. As soon as I'm back to normal, it's back to veggies for me.
