[img]tongue.gif[/img] ).. what i'm trying to say is, it's best to get over things, especially when you didn't even participate in the act. i can give you a few examples. one time, there was the dm, one of my friends, and myself. my friend was a necromancer (if i recall correctly) and i was a dwarf fighter. i think we were in the midst of fighting an ogre, and being low lvl, i didn't want to lose a char i just created. so my friend went ahead, attacked the beast, and killed it. later, he was a little steamed when i asked about the treasure (go figure). to point out the humor part of playing, same people, but one extra player. my friend and i very much disliked this other player, as he didn't really appreciate the roleplaying value of the game, just wanted god chars. anyways, this person played a thief and the both of us were the same as above. we were moving down a staircase, my friend first, then myself, then the other person, and it was trapped. my friend made it across with a successful reflex save, and i jumped across. now, the humor in this is that the thief jumped, fell short, fell down... and died. i think he only had 3 hp.. ad&d/d&d will provide you with hours of entertainment, and i advise that you enjoy the hours you have to play, rather than grumble over details.

hmm, a great idea but i still do grumle over this [img]smile.gif[/img] . When they found the GPs, the DM said they can do that. Then they just took advantage of the oppritunity.
