Since no one will know the Dutch ones anyway, I won't bother with them... The first English songs that I was taught as a kid were:

Flies in the Buttermilk, two by two

and a short one that went
"Make new friends
But keep the old
One is silver but the other gold"

After that, it was Yesterday by the Beatles, which we learned from an enthusiastic primary school teacher. [img]smile.gif[/img]
