oh WHOOPS i hadn't seen the post before that and it totally passed by me for some reason uhh yeah ok so yoru site is

i see you have the link on there and everything... good good

ok so now theres just one more thing you have to do...

when you uplaod something with webFTP, say it's a picture...
if the picture if a JPEG for example and the image was named "DUHfarmerjoe"

Then you would say

http://www.ironworksforum.com/DUHfarmerjoe.jpg

and it would work, have you uploaded any files?

ftp://members.lycos.co.uk/riddledude

you might need it to acess your FTP index...
