...sorry if this stratgeies been said already, id din't read through all the posts ^^ me lazy..hehehe
what i did first was that i casted everything that i can on my fighters, including haste, bless and aid. Befor ei went down, i made sure my party's equipped with blunt weapons, my mage has cloudkill memorized, and one of my aracher has arrows of dsipelling, onc ei get down, first thing i did was get my mage to summon monsters (using teh wand of mosnter summoning) in front of aec'letec (to keep him busy) then i focused my entire party power on destroying teh cultists...to speed things up, i got my mage to cast cloudkill on the far corner to kill those two cultists...after i take everyone down, i blessed, hasted and aid my figheters, put them up with the best melee weapon they have, and got them all to ahmmer at aec'lectec all at once ^^ btw if keep your eye on teh party member's status, and if you see ne1 got hit with that deathgaze, get yoru arhcer to fire the arrows of dispelling @ them
might take a while before you acutally get it, but it works!
