Well, there is this wonderful thing called peer pressure.
Public preaching is disallowed, but people do still go around and spread the word among their friends, collegues, etc... Then there are the promotional pamplets and advertisements. People are still allowed to preach their religion, they just do it discreetly. It is generally more peaceful than a public rally too. [img]smile.gif[/img]
