From what Scholarcs has told me on MSN, he only has DSL, not ADSL. That would explain the slower speeds [img]smile.gif[/img] [/QUOTE] Actually, sorry if I misexplained it, it is ADSL, capped at 128kilobits/s.
I could get the one that is capped at 8megabits/s but for that you pay by the megabyte, and it would cost me a fortune! Like over $300 a month.
