hmmn well in most cases(with things u download that have a copyright)
if u cut out certain bits and dont write Forgotten Realms TM DO NOT COPY RIGHT on it then it shud be legal if not then erm cut out the borders so its just an ingame sequence that cant be totally recognized or just do it any way and dont care about it.
