Ooh, I suddenly remembered though, that this year on vacation, I could still make a "bridge", i.e. bend over backwards unsupported till your hands touch the ground (so you look like a 'bridge'), then kick up your legs and 'backflip' till you're in standing position again. I thought that was pretty impressive considering the fact that I haven't exercised (apart from hiking/cycling) in years and years.

Mark, you're right - that *is* tougher than it seems. My legs are sooooo stiff, I haven't been able to put my hands flat on the floor with straight knees in ages

But hey, at least I've got a flexible mind! [img]tongue.gif[/img]
