I just don't get this theory, and I believe that it is not possible for everything to be created by your single mind.

Really, you don't believe people would invclude bad things? Why not?
It may sound odd, but this reminds me of the episode of Red Dwarf, Better than life, the program that grants them their ultimate dreams turns on them because Rimmer has a complex so that he actually tries mentally to punish himself.
If everything was imagined, who syas the person wouldn't include bad things, and if we lived in a Utopia, we wouln't even recognise the concepts of bad and good.
