I wish to install ToB, but I have a few of the fixes for SoA from Baldurdash installed on my system, so I would like to run the ToB Prep Uninstaller beforehand.

However, the link to this file at Baldurdash seems to be broken. Is there an alternate site where I this ToB-Prep Uninstaller can be found?
