If it's true that Ike gives you a Wardstone, that might be what's got me stuck. Then again, how would Ike get a Wardstone that's meant to be used on Level -4? There's two areas of -4 I can't get to: In the room with Islanne, the southeast wall is a secret door that I can't get to open by any means, and I've kept every Wardstone I've seen, except the forgery. There's also a door to what looks like a small armory, and it says it will only open for a specific wardstone, a wardstone I don't appear to have. I'm wondering if the wardstone I wasted in deactivating the Rune Carpet was the one.
I've been to the round room with the 4 Golems twice so far; I went to a walkthrough and it said that the third trip there is triggered by a teleportation-chair, similar to the teleportation-bed. I'm figuring the chair is in the Armory I can't get to.
Note: You know the big machine with the 3 switches that's in Level -2? I didn't even mess with it, not wanting to risk changing something that I couldn't change back. Can throwing levers on -2 affect my being stuck on -4?
I'm hesitant to try reloading, as my last backup-save was right after beating Love, Pride, Avarice & Fear....although that would give me a chance to go back to get Ike, to see if he's got a Wardstone.
