First try to load earlier save and talk to her again.
If nothing helps, put this into command line (save game before):
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("PhaereJob","GLOBAL",6)
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("SolaufeinJob","GLOBAL",8) //If you killed Solaufein
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("SolaufeinJob","GLOBAL",9) //If you spared him
I hope that'll work, it is a relatively tricky script. If doesn't work, let me know, there is another way.
