Only thing i can suggests is not having an open window in your room, especially when it's on the second floor or something. Otherwise it could make for a rude awakening.
Oh and tell your friends if they catch you again not to yell your name. I've heard some disturbing things when people sleepwalk and someone yells their name. Even if this isn't true, it's better to be safe then sorry.
