I havn't worked out in some months now. School and work (15 hours a day) give me just enough time to eat and sleep. I'll start back with it when I get out this August. Previously, I was doing a lot of weight lifting. My bench press had just topped 310 when I quit. I'm big, athsmatic, and a bit chubby presently, so my run time has always sucked. I was running 1-1 1/2 miles a couple times a week and biking on the weekend during the temperate months. I'd like to get a good exercise machine to compliment the weight bench for the cold months. Unfortunately, a guy my size needs a pretty sturdy machine and those cost money. Right now, I like the Schwinn ellipticals. Very good machines for a reasonable cost. The Schwinn elliptical also has the benefit of being quiet, which is good when you have downstairs neighbors. It generates it's own power for the electronics. It's still about $1000 U.S. though. I simply can't afford one until I get paid better. With the economy around here, that could be a while.
