I usually train daily. The program usually is:

-10 min running
-30 situps
-30 push-ups
-light weights
-10 situps
-heavy weights
-20 pushups

Sometimes, I cut down on the situps and pushups, but usually, I manage to follow the program. [img]smile.gif[/img]
I am 175cm high, and weights around 70 kg.
