Hehe, what I found particularly hilarious was when the woman mentioned "7 on Your Side" LOL. For those who don't know, in Virginia here our local newstation on Channel 7 (ABC) sometimes receives e-mails re rip-offs and negligence scenarios, and this one news guy goes out "to investigate" the sititation.
