The video tape is what did him in. It is the evidence they have against him on all the charges as far as I know.
If you are wondering why he got out on bail, they'll let criminals out of jail for large sums of money and expect them to show up for their pre-trials, trials and arraignments (but you know that!).
If you are referring to the vocal testimony of the newscaster being real evidence...you lost me lol.
