A twenty-two year old murder case with no forensic evidence and testimony from a dead drug addict all in order to prove a Kennedy is not above the law.
I haven't a clue as to whether he's guilty or not, in spite of his own damning confession to having been on the property that night and the murder weapon being traced back to his family.
I do believe though that a fairer court would have found him not guilty simply by the lack of evidence that would have proved his guilt beyond reasonable doubt as it is supposed to.
