Well considering that a 18 year old will be labeled as a 'sexual predator' for getting busted having sex with his 16 year old girlfriend I think that label is pretty meaningless.
I think there's a rating scale... something like "level 3" predators are the egregious offenders, graph those. It's probably still scary but maybe not as bad as that graph.
