But, yes, everyone in the party gets 1,000 XP each for listening to him through the whole shebang, and 5 +2 bullets to boot (those were the rocks that someone used to throw at him).

HINT: You can hasten the process by clicking on Neeber repeatedly to prompt him for his speech, rather than standing there and waiting each round for him to speak.
