In certain parts of the world it's aganst the law to have sex with persons under the age of twenty one.
In others the age of consent is thirteen.
There's a point where young people are able to make judgments about their personal lives, and what they want to do with them.
This varys from person to person, and I feel that aboloshing the age of consent is a very bad thing, it's law to protect thouse not mature enough to understand the implications of sexual acts, thouse not mature enough to know better, ect.
Now if a mainstream party had suggested a revision to the age of consent along the lines of 12+ if both partys age within two years, 16+ unlimited it would still meet resistance, but it's far more likely to pass into law.
Specificaly having a peadophile political party is just shooting yourself, and any rational talk about reducing the age of consent in the near future, in the foot.
If you look at sideways it's an ideal way to bring up the issue of increasing the age of consent, and having sterner laws regarding peadophilia
