Choose spells that you will use. Choose spells that you *do* use. Don`t bother with say, mirror image, if you never use illusions.
As for stats, try to go more for Wisdom/Intelligance than the tank stats (Strength, Dex, Con); high Cha also helps with Item Prices- you will want that Robe of Vecna ASAP [img]smile.gif[/img]
