I'm sorry I started debate and vanished, but I'd like to toss out the fact that black and hispanic men account for 54 percent of AIDS infections, and their blood isn't getting turned away. Remind me again why we can't test gay blood for HIV like we test everyone else's? I'm just looking for consistency here.
