Well, I decided to do a few levels of Watcher's Keep early on in SoA just for some fun. I've started picking up a lot of weapons that can only be upgraded with other items found in ToB that I'm just stashing in my Stronghold for now. Well, I've found another head to the FoA, so can Cromwell or the Forge from the Fighter's Keep upgrades it? Or do I have to wait until I get the Pocket Plane and Caespenar?
