Yep...I am pretty sure that this country's gonna burn.
I mean...that's just plain stupid that loopholes like that exist and go unnoticed.
Reminds me of the loophole that the courts found only recently that if you are in a car and hit a person...and you have a passenger with you that has a license...you can ask your passenger to get behind the wheel and drive away...and therefore the crime could not be called a "hit-and-run. But I digress. By the way, that law has been fixed now I think, so don't go trying it.
