OK, going by definition Liberate : to set at liberty : FREE; specifically : to free (as a country) from domination by a foreign power, they still aren't done yet.
Technically speaking, (lol, sorry) they won't be finished until the "foreign power" (the U.S.) leaves...looks like she's got some time to find that fruitcake that's been up in grandma's attic since the 1930's.
