Look, I'm not the biggest Fox fan around, but I don't think they make things up. They are definitely right-leaning in their delivery and may report things too quickly that support the
right view, but they report the news - the same news I see on other channels - and I haven't seen them making anything up yet. Especially when it comes to the "field reporters". Fox's field reporters are as good as any out there.
Note: While typing this, Rumsfeld was asked about the plutonium issue on
CNN. He said the press is embedded and report on what they see when they see it, and he said the military is not so quick to report. This find will have to be thoroughly tested by the military before any official comment is made. The press and military have different jobs.
