Al Jazeera has shown dead Iraqi soldiers and dead US/UK soldiers
Al Jazeera has shown US/UK POW's and Iraqi POW's.
Al Jazeera has shown the destruction of the cities and it has reported the people greeting the US soldiers as friends.
You've admitted that Al-Jazeera had their own bias before, just like Western Media, but now you say they don't have a bias in presenting the news?
Finally, FOX, CNN and the BBC have shown pictures of dead Iraqi troops, and captured POW's - I take it that you are equally outraged by their actions too?
And finally, regarding the market bombing, why have so few US journals picked up this story, when most of the international media have?:
I've seen it reported everyday on the news since it happened, and there has been an ongoing discussion of whose missile it was. The US media is reporting this. Who's telling you differently?
Regarding the Iraqi POWs. I have only seen them from a distance, with hoods, or digitally concealed. This is not exposing individuals to public "curiosity". The Iraqis brought the media in and video taped interviews with captured coalition soldiers, and then broadcast that video. They paraded them as trophies before the media, just like the last time. The coalition has not done the same. Yes Mark said he saw an incident that showed faces, and I have no reason to doubt him, but that is the only up close incident I've heard of. Everyone screws up, including the media. That's why Geraldo Rivera is being asked to leave the country, he violated the rules, and he's going home because of it.
The proof- marketplace deaths were caused by a US missile
CENTCOM has said it didn't believe the missile was theirs, but has also said all along that it could have been theirs. They said they would not know the truth until they were physically in the area to investigate. If proof has been found then so be it.
