For that watch or used to watch The John McLaughlin show (which was a really good show to watch)...I'd thought I pose this question as if he'd put it:

ISSUE NUMBER ONE: MESSAGES FROM WARTIME LEADERS.

ON A SCALE OF 0 TO 10 -- 10 BEING CHURCHILL'S "FIGHT ON THE BEACHES" SPEECH AND A ZER-O BEING LINCOLN'S WRITTEN MESSAGE TO THE ARMY OF THE POTOMAC AFTER FREDERICKSBURG (i.e. really bad),

How would you all rate Saddam's Speech 3/20/03?

I personally rate Saddam's speech a 0. He just seemed to ramble on and on about death to all foreign invaders and Zionists, victory to Iraq, and long live Palestine. The speech didn't seem to go anywhere.

On the other hand, Bush's speech was good, short, and to the point. I'd give it an 8 or 9.
