Actually US, UK, and Australian soldiers and their families will suffer because soldiers will die, and that's the tip of the coalition iceburg regarding suffering regarding the individuals involved.

I'm not downplaying Iraqi suffering at all, some innocent civilians will pay part of Saddam's debt because he wouldn't do what he should have, could have, and actually agreed to do.
