I predict about 99.995% or better civillian survival or around 1000 or less casualties from Allied fire...
That goes to 99% or hundreds of thousands if you included Iraqi army killing their own people. IMO it's far more likely that Iraqi civillians will be killed by Iraqi fire than by Allied fire.
And further drops to 90% or potentially millions if Iraqis kill their own people with WOMDs, which is also a distinct possibility.
