i think that guy made a huge mistake here by mixing things up
The French said they would VETO a NEW resolution
That doesnt mean that the french dont follow and accept resolution 1441
The french did say that if Iraq cancels all cooperation with the Inspectors, they will not stop a war, in accordence with resolution 1441

having the opinion that the impending war is un-nessesary is a valid one,not one that i agree with, but a valid one nonetheless.im sure there are many french men and women who believe that war is the only way to depose saddam, and should happen, after all,he's already killed 500,00 of his own people

the majority of the french is against the war, so this statement is not valid
the thing is,with all the words flying round about the french, its easy to mistake them for referring to the french people, when they should be more directly reffered to the french politicians.
much like the brits

interesting huh?
In overal this guy is attacking Chirac and not his statement
I dont like Bush either, but i never used that as an argument why the US should not attack
I dont think we should use such arguments because it's just not valid and it's playing on the man
