But onto the story:
A group of non-Iraqis, who have come to Iraq to be human shields against a possible US led attack have left today after a dispute with Iraqi officials about which targets they were going to be stationed at. The Iraqi government wanted to be able to dictate each person's location, but spokespersons for the group refused to accept this demand.
The human shields are mainly positioned at infrastructual sites (water-purification plants etc.) but also wanted to be staioned at schools and hospitals.
Note that the Iraqis did
not want the human shields to go to Presidential palaces or similar places
