I like the debate idea he proposed. But, would it be fair to let him open up closed topics? Such as "Should Iraq be allowed to have WoMD?" I don't think he should be able to re-argue his 1991-imposed penalties.
He came off as polite, articulate, thoughtful, and willing to look you in the eye and lie through his teeth. It's easy to seem agreeable when you flat-out lie.
