I do believe Iraq has weapons...I just think it is a better idea to find and destroy them. What good is a war if the weapons remain hidden. Rooting them out and destroying them sounds like a better idea to me.

Mark, this is an act of war if it has to be done forcfully by an outside party. If Iraq does not do it on their own accord, it must be done for them. The way to completely interdict them in their production and research is with shock - massive dismantling of their programs quickly and decisivly. Unfortunatly you need the Dogs of War to do that. Inspections take too long, and allow the programs to be restarted more easily - making and endless cycle of inspect/dismantle/rebuild/find/inspect ect.
