Public exposure is illegal.

What does their message say?
That they are willing to break the law to get a point across?

You are framing my message to make it appear that I am saying what I am not. You are trying to get me to get off the point, and the point is...the naked human body is not to be used as a public display so that people will listen and take notice of their argument. By breaking the law of the land, they are being vulgar in thier approach.
