Further development

Today the U.N. Inspectors found a further 11 (non-declared) shell in some recently build bunkers 120 km. south of Bagdad. These have at some point contained chemicals. However the U.N. says that the shells does not constitute 'a smoking gun'. Also - since the shells did not contain gas - ithe Iraqies can claim that they aren't WoMD - and so shouldn't be declared.
