Now that that is out of the way you are soooo wrong. France and Russia will be the big Oil Winners. They are the ones who own most of the Oil hardware in Iraq. At worst the New Iraq will belong to OPEC which is NOT governed by the US but by Arabs (OPEC = Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries).
